JULY 2006 - DOLCE GARA

Each year, the proloco organises a cake making competition. Last year participants made cakes from ingredients supplied at the Piattaforma and judges evaluated the results. This year, 9 participants created desserts in their own kitchens , providing a greater range of results for the jury to test. A chef was also invited to give a demonstration of 3 different desserts created and the audience were delighted to share all the resulting products afterwards. This is a delightful event for participants, jury, and audience!

LUGLIO 2006 -DOLCE GARA

Ogni anno, la Proloco organizza una Dolce Gara. L’anno scorso i partecipanti hanno fatto i dolci con gli ingredienti forniti dalla Piattaforma ed i giudici hanno premiato i risultati. Quest’anno, 9 partecipanti hanno creato i dolci nelle proprie cucine, fornendo una più grande scelta di gusti da far degustare alla giuria. Era anche invitato uno chef professionalistà per dimostrare la creazione di 3 dolci diversi e ai presenti è piaciuto condividere la bellezza e il gusto in risulto. Quest 'evento è molto popolare nel borgo.
